Starting off our extended chord practices is this calming rhythm piece that I wrote. Between the 2 sections you will use 5 essential extended chord shapes, all with their root notes on the A string!
Make sure you are able to swiftly change between the first 3 chords before trying to add the last 2 bars.
When you add the last 2 bars, take note that the G Major 9 is played as 2 crotchet beats instead of a quaver, the D Major 7 which is added is the same shape as your G Major 7 (but shifted down the fret board) and your E minor 9th has been replaced by an E minor 7th.
