Here we have a couple of examples of adding a tap into your sweep. In our first example we are tapping the 19th fret of the high e string. With this tap be sure to roll your index finger across both 12th frets on the b and high e string and roll your ring finger across the 14th frets of the D and A strings.
In our next example, tap the 20th fret of your high e string.
practice these and build proficiency over time. If you want to build your own sweeps with taps, find a nice arpeggio or chord shape that you are familiar with. You can tap any note you like, however a perfect interval or 7th would usually work best.
